2. Working Method: Single-chain automatic drawing. Place the materials on the material rack (which needs to be provided by the user) using a crane, let the materials roll into the top material slot, and then send them into the precise positioning feeder through the roller slot. The ejector rod will automatically align with the core and then enter the drawing mold. After clamping and pushing the material into the drawing mold, it will be pneumatically clamped by the trolley, and the chain hook will hook onto the chain. The drawing process begins. After the drawing, the rotating receiving device will receive the materials, and the synchronous belt will introduce them to the finished material rack. During operation, it is required that the machine body has low vibration and a uniform and stable speed. The main application is for the precise drawing of metal pipes and other profiles. During the drawing process, the profile passes through the drawing mold for forced deformation, which improves the surface hardness, elasticity, tensile strength, and surface quality of the profile.
